Refund policy

w to start a return

1. Email us at gymkoihelp@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @gym_koi_fish with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once your return is received, or your slide-down claim is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Items must be returned clean and with the strap. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or your local consumer law.
